location was great right in the middle of the city, close to the parks and easy reachable by walking from train station. breakfast was a highlight the options were great , also the sitting is close to a windows and enough space to take a long and relax breakfast. room was small in meters but for one person was fine.

Front office staff was very helpful and was very knowledgeable on the city, transportation, dining, etc The hotel is centrally located and has a bus stop next door

The interior is satisfactorily maintained. It’s hard to tell if the hotel has been updated in the past decade as the interiors have a very 90s style about them. Free hot beverages in the lobby, useful when waiting. Hotel room was not carpeted, floor was not cold.

Ideal location for our business trip. Clean well appointed rooms with good facilities. Car parking on site which was an added bonus as we travelled from UK to Germany. English speaking staff ( better than my German) very polite and helpful

Excellent location, right next to the old town. Room was spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also spacious and modern. Hotel swimming pool is small but still great, especially if You come with children. As its located on top floor and there is a nice view of the town panorama from the pool. There is also free sauna for hotel guests. City parking on the street is free only on sundays, but the hotel parking was not very expensive.

The hotel is quite old but when is well maintained and clean, it is fine. The room we chose it was big enough and the sleep was good, the area is not noisy. The Restaurant on the first floor is excellent and gives a great view of the town. The staff at the restaurant were really kind, efficient and welcoming.

Rooms were clean, bright, and a good size. The terrace, pool and SPA areas are all great. The staff are all friendly and very welcoming. If i come to Paderborn again I’ll stay at the Arosa.

I've used The Arosa often as I rate it the best hotel in the area for value for money and Service, , Everyone was welcoming and helpful, if you haven't tried it yet I Reccemend Bar 38 , it's a cozy bar within the hotel serving drinks and a varied snacks menu. Due to a French railway strike I stayed an extra night which was simple to do.

Room and hotel facilities are fine. Good parking space are linked to the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very professional.
